Agreement & Scheduling

 

Once you've selected your program term and any add-ons, we finalize your agreement and schedule your on-site launch visit at a time that works for your staff availability.

On-Site Launch Day

 

Our team arrives at your facility with all equipment and materials. We conduct a 90-minute hands-on training session open to staff from any department. We set up your equipment, configure your local network, load content, and ensure everything is tested and ready.

Step 4

First Therapeutic Sessions

 

Staff begin running supervised sessions immediately after training. We stay in touch during your first week to answer questions and ensure confidence.

Quarterly Support Visits Begin

 

Every 4 months, our team returns to refresh content with new experiences, provide refresher training for current staff or training for new hires, inspect and maintain equipment, and ensure your program stays vibrant.
