Virtu-Well ("Virtu-Well," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website
virtu-well.com and provides therapeutic virtual-reality programming and related
software tools, including internal billing automation that connects to
QuickBooks Online and Google Calendar. This Privacy Policy explains what
information we handle, how we use it, and the choices you have.

## Information we handle

- **Business and account information** you provide to us directly, such as your
  name, facility name, email address, and billing details.
- **QuickBooks Online data**, accessed with your authorization through Intuit's
  official API, limited to what is needed to prepare and issue invoices (for
  example customer records, invoice line items, and amounts). We access this
  data using secure OAuth tokens and never ask for or store your QuickBooks
  password.
- **Google Calendar data**, accessed with your authorization on a read-only
  basis, used only to determine which service sessions occurred so the correct
  invoices can be prepared.
- **Basic technical information** such as log data generated when our tools run.

## How we use information

We use the information above solely to operate our services: to prepare, review,
and issue invoices, to provide customer support, and to maintain and secure our
systems. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

## How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as
Intuit/QuickBooks and Google), and only as needed to provide the service, or
when required by law. These providers are bound by their own privacy and
security obligations.

## Data security

We protect access credentials and tokens using industry-standard safeguards,
restrict access to authorized personnel, and retain data only as long as
necessary to provide the service or meet legal and accounting requirements.

## Your choices

You may revoke our access to your QuickBooks Online or Google Calendar data at
any time through your Intuit or Google account settings. You may also contact us
to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about
you, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

## Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under
13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
